Quoting
Based on your customer’s house plans, we use a computer model to create an accurate, obligation-free quotation within 5 business days.
Detailing
Based on your specific project requirements, our team creates a precise 3D framing model of the house using advanced CAD software.
Engineering
An independent, licensed structural engineer checks your framing and advises of any necessary changes. Then, our detailers incorporate these changes before the engineer provides design certification (Form 15).
Manufacturing
Your finalised framing files are sent to our state-of-the-art roll forming machines for precise manufacturing. Our controlled factory environment ensures better quality control and faster site construction.
Delivery
We carefully load your Steelcraft® Framing onto specialty crane trucks to deliver them to your site – along with your plans and a complete installation hardware kit for your team.
Installation (optional)
Want a hassle-free installation too? Steelcraft® Built is our turnkey solution for builders who are after superior quality frames installed to spec and on time. Plus, after installation our frames are independently inspected and issued with a frame inspection certificate (Form 12).
